Founder & Director After years of experience in London, Bruno has become involved, if not a part of, the most prestigious aspect of worldwide luxury lifestyle.
With a passion for delivering excellent service, year after year, and his belief in treating all clients like friends, Bruno has built a strong client base. Bruno is the main reason why Desto evolves with different business branches in the Balearic Islands.
Through all of his links in business, media and entertainment, lifestyle, Bruno has generated an extensive network of exclusive contacts worldwide.
Diego is in charge of yacht charter, sales, maintenance and experience management. He speaks Spanish and English. In the Balearics, he feels at home, he loves the energy of the people and the environment.
For him, the best way to enjoy the Balearics is to spend at least two days on a boat: paella on board, diving, discovering the caves along the coast, sunbathing, enjoying the stars, etc. If you meet him, it will probably be at sea!
In charge of the office functions and everything related to the Concierge. He speaks English, Portuguese, Italian, Catalan and Spanish. He is in love with the water and the peace that Ibiza radiates, that’s why his great recommendation to enjoy the Balearics is rent a boat and get lost in the most beautiful coves of the islands. Don’t be surprised if you find him having a picnic while enjoying a good sunset!
She is in charge of the digital image of Desto. She speaks Spanish, English, Catalan and Italian. What she likes most about the Balearics is the ease of being able to enjoy the sea. She encourages everyone who comes to the islands to discover the underwater world of the Mediterranean. She grew up under the sea, so don’t be surprised if you mistake her for a fish.
Lea is a young German entrepreneur raised in Ibiza, who speaks 4 languages; German, Spanish, Catalan and English.
After finishing her studies in Design at the Camilo Jose Cela University and real estate management in Madrid, she then began her entrepreneurial career in Ibiza with Land and Sea Ibiza in 2013.
